3 Weeks Weight Loss Program
The program is focused on people who would like to lose weight by having a change in food habits.
-First appointment, 60 minutes of consultation ( in person or via phone, messenger or video conference)
-Follow up by 3 consultations, 30 minutes each. Follow up to track your progress and make any necessary adjustments. We will make the pertinent appointments in advance to check your progress with pictures with before and after.
-Supplement to support gut health and digestion, as well as energy and detoxification.
This plan includes a weekly meal plan, allowable food list, healthy plant-based recipes, food preparation tips, and a visit to your house to check the grocery shopping and make the necessary adjustments.
